Hi, I'm Collin. And I
manage operations.
Project manager and community builder. Five years spent turning unclear goals into work that actually ships, with enough code on the side to build my own tools.
About
I've spent five years in startups, education, and community work across Malaysia and Brunei. Most of that time I've been the person who turns a rough idea into something a team can actually execute.
I've run hackathons for hundreds of people and reached over 1,000 through the programs I've helped deliver. I build small tools on the side, mostly to understand the systems I spend my days coordinating.
What I do
The three things I keep being asked to do.
